Interview
The campus placement process was incredibly frustrating. Not only were the rounds flawed, but the company also showed a lack of respect for our time.
The aptitude test, which was meant to be 60 minutes long, was administered incorrectly twice. The first time, we were given only 25 minutes, and the second time, only 30. This left many of us confused and unable to complete the test. To make matters worse, the company ended up using the results from the first, flawed round and completely disregarded the second attempt. It's baffling why they would even bother repeating the round if they weren't going to use the results.
On top of the poorly run tests, they also made us wait for an hour and a half before the rounds even began, showing a complete disregard for our time and making the whole experience even more stressful. The entire process felt unorganized and disrespectful.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
The questions were about DSA, conditional statements, loops, OS, CN, DBMS and Digital design
The process had three rounds: an MCQ round, a coding round, and a final interview. The first round was easy, the coding round was moderately challenging, and the interview was relatively easy. However, strong fundamental knowledge of testing and concepts is essential to confidently answer questions and successfully clear the final round.
The interview was good but there were not much openings and they had priority to hire from CSE branch itself. But there are good facilities. Some of the interviewers are really good at what they do. but the interview involved lot of technical questions but the package provided was low and didnot understand the purpose of Kalpavruksha if the candidates must already know everything,
