InComm Human Resource Business Partner interview questions

The recruiter was EXCELLENT! I appreciated her transparency regarding the role and her overview of the company. What I didn't like is the hiring manager's approach to the HR function as a whole. I was asking relatively thoughtful questions in regards to building up Incomms people leaders (i.e. inclusive leadership, new manager training, etc). She basically talked down on this approach as if the employees were beneath her or incompetent, for lack of better words. Her mindset was a bit disturbing and so I am glad I did not move forward with the process.
