I applied through an employee referral. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at InComm (Atlanta, GA) in Oct 2019
Interview
First was a short screening call with HR, then call with manager where we went thought the resume, then 1.5h onsite interview with 3 different team members, after that was a call with head of department.
(2017) submitted application > HR reached out and scheduled first interview > hiring manager called at scheduled time. the interview consisted of standard get-to-know-you type questions and a brain teaser where I had to speak my thought process aloud > if you pass the first stage, HR will reach out again and schedule a second, in-person interview > this second interview took place in a conference room with both the hiring manager and his boss. I was asked more questions related to the position, was presented with another brain teaser/logic question to work through on the spot, had to walk them through how I would handle a typical business request, and finally given information about the company so that I can get a more clear picture of the company.
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at InComm in Feb 2009
Interview
In-house recruiter contacted me and we spoke for about 15 minutes. He explained the position and the company bebenfits and was very up front about the company culture. When he called back he scheduled a face-to-face interview with the hiring manager and I was asked to bring sample documentation. The on-site interview lasted about 45 minutes. The recruiter called and made the offer before I reached home.
