Interview
1) Phone Call with Human Resource 2) 1 Hour Phone Interview with Hiring Manager 3) 1 - 2 Hours Face To Face Interview with Direct Supervisor 4) At least 1 Hour Panel Phone Interview with other Manager from different departments to ensure you know understand the job. Background check takes about a week or so to complete. Then you have another week to settle into work.

How would you handle giving bad news to clients and/or co-workers?
(Very Tricky) What is something UNIQUE do you bring to the company? Not your experience but something about you, that will help you do your job better?
Good and transparent process with clear timeline. 3 - 4 rounds with progressive difficulty. Intro with HR, then Manager, then Executive in region, then final with HR.
Happy with the process and great company to work for.
I would describe it as efficient, the first phase was online if I remember correctly then I went to the head office for a follow up with the team leader

the interview process was smooth, the hiring manager was great with the hiring process. The interview was a bit long but I feel comfortable. Even though, I was not hired a learned a lot from the process.
