InComm Account Specialist, Strategic Accounts interview questions

It was a standard interview process with very little small talk. It was a phone call interview and it started by going straight into answering questions. The HR employee did not respond very much during the process however was still professional and kind. There was some confusion with scheduling an interview time, turned out to be a system malfunction.
