Interview
They wanted complete F2F discussion. but I asked for atleast 1 round of telephonic.
Next round they said F2F , there were 3 rounds next , 1 Aptitude , 1 F2F technical discussion and final discussion with programming manager.
Telephonic and aptitude were ok but the F2F technical was extremely bad , as questions are more tuned to msdn and google definitions rather than concepts. The expectations set are you should know every single Base Class Library exact name and definition.
No algorithm based on conceptual questions asked. Strange technical knowledge expected as though every software works without any business need.
Best part not a single ASP.NET question which is my expertise and not a single ASP.NET MVC question which was the job profile for.
Didn't have the manager F2F round.

What is exact name of the attribute used to increase the size of WCF data posting . This was asked after I told it is in Web.config and when you configure the service behaviors and endpoints.

Interview
Had 2 rounds of interviews on 2 different days, got through both the rounds with good feedback. Had a final round with product manager who was supposedly happy with me.
Now the tricky part, their HR asked for all my documents. I submitted all the documents thereafter they stopped replying to my calls and messages stating the position has been put on hold.
Lucky to get away with it.

- 1st round for Telephonic interview (they update my status within next 40 mins and they ask me to come at their location)
- 2nd Technical discussion with the senior person, the difficulty will depend upon your knowledge and fundamentals.
- 3rd Discussion with the manager for a company and its policies.
- 4th Discussion with Hr. for joining and package.
