InRule Technology interview questions

I was invited to interview for the Product Marketing Manager role and accepted the invitation. Shortly afterwards, I emailed to confirm my attendance and say I was looking forward to the interview. I never received a response. Approximately 40 minutes before the scheduled interview, I received an email with “Cancelled” in the subject line. However, there was no explanation in the email itself, and I wasn’t sure whether the interview had genuinely been cancelled or whether it had been sent in error. To avoid missing the opportunity if it was a mistake, I joined the meeting at the scheduled time. No one from InRule attended. During the interview slot, I sent another email asking whether there had been a technical issue or whether the meeting had been postponed. Again, I received no response. After the missed interview, I sent a further follow-up email expressing my continued interest in the role and asking whether the interview could be rescheduled. That email also went unanswered. I understand that schedules can change and interviews sometimes need to be cancelled. However, the complete lack of communication before, during, and after the missed interview was extremely disappointing. A brief explanation or apology would have demonstrated professionalism and respect for a candidate’s time. Unfortunately, the experience left me with a very negative impression of InRule’s recruitment process.
