Question 1
how do you manage expectations across stakeholder groups
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at InStride (San Jose, San Jose) in Mar 2024
Interview
It was a somewhat long process. I had 7 interviews in total:
1. Third-party recruiter
2. Human Resources
3. Hiring Manager
4-7. Other Managers
There was enough engagement from the third-party recruiter so I was always in the loop and didn't really feel like they weren't getting back to me.
The interviews with other managers all happened on the same day in a 2-hour period. That was a little bit exhausting.
