Phone interview with recruiter. Typical screener questions. Then a more detailed interview with team member. Company is 100% remote so this was done by video. Questions focused on team structure and specific job duties. Interviewer focused questions on how I worked and learned new things. Also, a lot of questions about ways to work with team mates.
