Great process was straightforward and quick and communicative. Asked good questions and recruiter was great and followed up throughout. Offer process was also good and the as a positive experience throughout. Ultimately didn’t accept offer.
The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at InVision in Aug 2018
Interview
Terrible experience. Invisionapp is in the User Experience space but does not seem to care about candidate experience. The hiring manager was very interruptive and was not listening as the question flow did not make sense. The flow was like from „what do you think of InvisionApp“ to „what is the average deal size of your deals in your current role“
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
Average deal size?
What verticals have you sold?
Why InvisionApp?
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at InVision (New York, NY) in Sep 2017
Interview
4 phone calls. Account plan for internal presentation. Mock presentation for sales call. Asked for past managers contact info. During each stage, reviews of me were positive. Everything moving forward, then recruiter tells me they're not interested. Didn't like bait/switch approach, lack of transparency and poor communication (no replies to my communication).
