The process was a combination of phone and Google Hangout interviews. After the initial phone screening interview, I was asked to complete a code challenge. Upon completion of the code challenge, a Google Hangout meeting was scheduled. In the video hangout I spoke with 3 team members and discussed the code challenge, answered technical questions and asked questions. After the video meeting, I had a final phone conversation with director of engineering.
