The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at InVision in Apr 2018
Interview
The interviewer didn't show up to my first interview. 20 minutes later I received a rescheduled invite over a week out, with no request of if the time even worked for me (it didn't). When we finally spoke the call went great, but I received no apology.
I was reassured I was a perfect fit for the role and would be speaking with the hiring manager. Following up a week later the recruiter went completely cold on both phone and email. I then received a system generated canned email rejection.
Not very respectful of the candidate's time, especially for the caliber of role and salary level InvisionApp hires at (I'm actively interviewing @ Facebook). It would seem this caliber doesn't extend to the recruiting team, as it was the most unprofessional experience I had in my entire job search.
