I applied through an employee referral. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Incedo (Gurgaon, Haryana) in Feb 2013

Interview

There were two rounds of interview. The first round was a telephonic interview round in which questions were asked on previous work experience, manual testing etc. Skills related to Building up the test cases were also checked. The next round was face to face interview in the Company's office and it included a technical round as well as HR round. The questions were asked on the various types of testing. Overall the difficulty level was moderate.
