I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Incyte in Mar 2021
Interview
The HR recruiter was a mess – it will require you to follow up and closely look at everything that is being sent - I found time mistakes in my interview agenda.
I made it to the final interview round that took up all my day (4 interviews , started at 9 am and ended at 5 pm).
And then I got a very automated rejection e-mail, which I think is very rude after I sent all my interviewers a ‘thank you’ note. Glad I didn’t get an offer.
I applied online. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Incyte (Wilmington, DE) in Jun 2021
Interview
Interviewers were just winging it off the top their head. They all seemed miserable and kept asking if I was comfortable without remote work since they were in the office 4 days a week because their CEO is inflexible and on a power trip demanding people are in their "new" office using it.
Seemed uninterested and already had someone in mind to offer, seemed like my interview was just a waste of time for everyone.
Dont waste your time preparing.
Glad I didn't get an offer and would recommend working elsewhere.
Also, unprofessional ghosting after final round interview. Will never apply here again.
