Interview
The main issue I had was the time it took between interviews and the time between when I contacted recruiters and when interviews were set up. It took weeks. Indeed is a great company and I've used them to get my current job, but if they're going to continue to grow at this rate they need to hire more recruiters or something.
I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Indeed (Tokyo) in Jul 2018
Interview
Skype call with recruiter, hangout call with department head, group hangout with hiring. The interviews start general and get more technical. The department head provides technical questions for the recruiter to ask. Prepare a lot of mac knowledge as the staff is 95% mac users.

Interview
My first phone interview was great, the gentleman I worked with was attentive and responsive during the entire process. When I got to my second interview, the person called 15 mins late and according to my current boss, who knows said interviewer, texted her during our interview without my knowledge. I was unaware of this until my boss cornered me the next day. Highly unprofessional and unethical. When I had provided feedback about this to the gentleman who had set up this interview, I received no response and I am quite sure I never will.
What a joke.
