I had 3 interviews. The first two were on video conference and the third on was onsite. Since the beginning it was very positive, they were very interested to get to know me deeply as a person and a professional. Its was more behavioural interviews than presenting my work. The recruiter was always in touch with me, before the interview, after the interview, any questions or recommendations I asked, she always was there for me, which it was very important in my personal experience. Indeed is a very positive environment and all the people that interviewed me they were very easy to talk to and very creative, also they had very clear who they are looking for, which it helps in the moment that they are giving you feedback. The third interview onsite, they gave me some gifts from indeed, while I was waiting for my interview the receptionist it was very nice and very attentive. Indeed looks and feel a very positive environment to work.
