I had a good talk with HR, was told another interview would be set up and they'd get back to me that day or next day. Didn't hear back and then got a basic rejection email a few days later with no additional communication

Though I didn't advance in interview process, I received valuable feedback and the manager mentioned he would stay in contact. I am new to the design field and the role I interviewed for required 3 years experience, but I was offered an opportunity to interview, which I greatly appreciated.

The phone interview was about 15 minutes. We talked background experience, what the goals is in the next position, the roles they are hiring for and interview process. The project list and link
Complete waste of time. String you on with various design challenges and panel interviews over a span of 6 months. Where salary expectations were clearly communicated during the initial conversations with the lead recruiter. In the end, received a lowball offer. Stay away.
