I was so excited about this role and determined to use my current talents to achieve the business objectives required for the role. The process included four interviews and a technical assignment. Each interview was with a different person each interview lasted 45-hour to an hour. This process lasted about 5 weeks. I was offered to look at other roles which was totally fine with me. The recruiter kept in contact with me every step of the way. I make thought all of the interviews completed the assignment and be chosen for the role. Just to receive a call from the recruiter stating the role as been placed on hold, due to restructuring. I was informed the role may be reopened at the end of the year. This was devastating and a huge was of time. In situations like these transparency goes a long way. If you are interviewing with Indeed please ask if the role you are interviewing for is at risk for restructuring. Indeed seems like a good company however transparency is lacking. Just a word of advice for Indeed. Please have the role settled before interviewing candidates no one likes their time wasted, and it makes your company look unstable.
