Initial call was basic get to know.
Second call was a mock cold call to a employer. The employer was VERY rude but thats the challenge.

Basic stuff about your past experience. Your sales background in particular
Very unprofessional, they rescheduled 3 times and then just followed a script of questions. The script was uninteresting and soured me further on the whole position. Interviewer seemed like they didn't like their job much.
Initial informal phone screen (15 mins), followed by (30 min each) individual interviews with hiring manager, peer manager, and director. I heard back in about 1 week after the final interview.

Over phone, about 10 questions. Standard enough. Talk through my recruiting process. Management experience . Sectors and roles recruited in. Levels of candidates, difficult roles, targets, length of recruitment cycle.
