The interview process moved rather quickly. There was great communication from the recruiter at the beginning, but then they went radio silent. They said they would get back to me early the following week, I followed up later that week and they said no feedback but would follow up soon. It's been 2 weeks now, and I haven't heard anything. I don't appreciate recruiters leaving people without any word. I think it's unfair to the candidate, even though I understand they have their own business needs.

Really, the HM was a project manager who was 25 min late for a 10 min call. They sounded very negative and there was no real "day in the life" defined.
