I applied online. I interviewed at Independence Blue Cross in May 2024
Interview
Applied online and nearly a year later received an email from the HR for a phone screen. The HR screen consisted of some standard questions (related to sponsorship, relocation etc.) followed by few behavioral questions. Following this, I had a technical screen which was scheduled for 45mins. The interviewer spoke about the team and the position for almost 30 mins and then asked 2-3 behavioral questions. No technical questions were asked. This went pretty well and I was hoping to move forward in the interview process but unfortunately got a rejection mail saying they were moving forward with candidates who met their business needs more closely.
