I applied and was contacted though Indeed. The interview was run well and with a friendly tone, with good questions that let me talk about my experience, how I've worked through problems, and to fill in information on their end (no follow up questions where they're trying to get you to give a specific answer!). It was probably one of the most conversational interviews I've had in a while, which was nice and said a lot about their company. The whole process went really well, which is why I was so surprised that, even after following up, they just ghosted me. It was around the holidays so maybe something just fell through, but it's unfortunate nonetheless.
