I had a phone call with the recruiter. She wanted to proceed so she set up a one hour interview with 3 people to ask me technical questions. Strange thing is that she said that will be the only interview session! I joined that session and only one of the 3 people showed up. That one person also had not looked at my resume. I asked them if they can set up more interview sessions with the technical team so I can understand what data science projects they are working on. They said they will follow up but never did. Overall I found their interview process the least organized among the over 20 companies I've been interviewing recently.
