They are a very small company, maybe total gross is 20 million at best for the year. So you will be at the mercy of their owner and they can rescind their offer on demand if needed if they job isn't really there or being staffed. The interviews started off as good ones, but because they are a small company and unwilling to wait for a Fax to come from a corporation they decided to rescind my offer without doing proper background checking. They rescinded the offer without actually doing their diligence and calling the company. Be prepared to deal with a recruiting and HR department that will not actually check the references accurately even when they have been provided all valid W2s, prior government eQIP, and contacts. Boy did I dodge a bullet on this one but ultimately be very prepared for a let down here since they are ultimately attached to government work. My guess is that they didn't actually have a position available to staff.
