It was very casual. I was contacted and asked a few questions about what I had taught in the past. I had to send in my resumé/CV and they reviewed it and let me know when I was back in the area to meet with the supervisor to go over plans for the class. I was already familiar with the university, so there were not a lot of formalities taken that may be taken with others.
