Interview
Phone interview from both direct manager and HR personnel. I started working as a temp to hire via OfficeTeam/Robert Half Agency. They needed staffing ASAP and I was scheduled for EMR within a few days so I could begin right away. From my experience seeing some of the new employees' performance, I would imagine that references are not checked thoroughly.
