Interview
Met with the Department Manager. This was a student position for the college. She described the tasks, guidelines, and shared in the office environment. She provided me my paperwork, office policies and procedures and started me the next day. Experience was not necessary but I was expected to know how to use manners on the telephone, how to do data entry, and how to work Microsoft Products.
