I did two interviews and did not hear back as to whether or not they would like to proceed forward. Interview questions were generic and overall process was not difficult.
Had a series of phone interviews and the scientist liked my skill set and wanted to hire me. After my application went to the People Team (HR department) things slowed down. I was strung along for over two months and the topic of compensation always seemed to be avoided. Turns out they wanted to hire me as a low paid contract worker with none of the benefits they like to brag about on their website even though I have a MSc degree. I declined their offer and was hired at another company.
