had a phone interview first with the recruiter talking about the company and how it started and how much they are paying normal interview, then Zoom Video with the CSM and CS , the CSM was fairly new to this company so was not as much as knowledgeable , I was thrown off by the answers she provided , then I met with the CS , she told me the company is fairly new and was established on 2020 and that was a huge red flag for me , that means turn over rate will be high and you will not last long enough, and they also work on holidays . it seems this company is not as stable as other companies . the CS agent basically told me everything I need to know which confirmed my doubts .
