I applied online. The process took over a month. I interviewed for a Remote position. The first part of the process was a technical take home coding challenge, and the second part of the process was a 1.5 hour interview session where I spoke to the VP of Engineering and an Engineering Lead individually. The recruiter mentioned that the VP of Engineering would be a soft skills interview, and the second would be a system design interview. However, I was caught off guard that the VP of Engineering also was a system design interview. So you should expect TWO system design interviews.
