I recently interviewed with Indium for the performance test role position. While the interview process itself was structured well, I was disappointed with the lack of timely feedback. After the interview, I was informed that my application was “on hold” without any clear timeline or explanation. Eventually, after several days, I was told that my application was rejected. If the decision was already made, it would have been more professional and transparent to communicate it directly rather than keeping candidates uncertain. Clear and timely feedback helps candidates plan their next steps and improves the overall candidate experience. I hope the company considers improving this aspect of their hiring process in the future.
