I applied online. I interviewed at Inductive Automation
Interview
The interview process was much more straightforward than most! It's a 45 min virtual recruiter screen and then would have been followed by a 90 minute in-person interview. I didn't make it to the in-person interview but the recruiter screen focused on the following topics:
• Opening / role interest
• Experience / background
• Role-specific thinking
• Company understanding
• Career goals
• Candidate Questions
Overall it was a thorough but manageable recruiter screen!
