Interview
It was laid back, comfortable and I learned a lot. I was working at a restaurant at the time and was told by Ed Lewis to come in with what I had on, they didn't mind. I would suggest of course that you were nice attire for a job interview, but they saw me as a person, and they saw the potential in me. Of course, there were the required interview questions and etc. but it was really pleasant. They asked me about my goals, and informed me about how IIR could help me reach those goals.
