lengthy and thorough interview process to make sure Technical strength and skills are there. Very friendly. People who interviewed also provided description of company, group and laso explained their roles and what they expect from the candidate when they are selected. Also explained how the current skills will be used and how they will bring one up to speed, before allocating to any particular task. Also provided details of the benefits offered.

Had a very bad Interview experience with Infineon.
I cleared two technical rounds, one managerial round and HR round.
They were about to release the offer, at last moment HR called me and telling they are not proceeding to hire now. There is a hiring freeze.
I already had a offer from another company or else it could have been impacted me a lot.
Not sure why even companies like Infineon wasting others time.

Interview
The interview session was initially postponed for nearly a month long. The interview process felt staged with no intention to dig the candidates true potential in serving the advertised role. My suspicion I was interviewed just to fill in the diversity quota. I could be wrong.
Video interview first with hiring manager and then with technical team members. Knowledgeable and polite through out the interview. Interview were not too long, all under 1 and half hour mark
