I got an email telling me that I had to fill out another application called the "Employment Application Form." Why is someone required to fill this out for their first interview? Complete waste of time. They even got my name incorrectly in their email. Next was the phone interview. Could hardly even hear the interviewer and he didn't care to have a conversation at all. Just question after question. Each question will be related to your resume. Finally, he told me to wait for the next steps and then ghosted me. Just tell me that I don't fit the criteria. Absolute waste of time, avoid this company if possible.
