Was an ex-employee, thinking of rejoining since I'm comfortable with the environment and the people. But the lowballing from HR makes me regret that decision. Previously I left because I feel the compensation is a bit low and hard to get a promotion. My thought process is that my new experience in outside company plus existing experience in Infineon would somehow reflect in the offer. But nope, it was like I'm begging for the job. I regret that I've hoping that it will be different this time. One thing that a bit weird to me is the HR personnel gave the offer thru SMS using personal mobile number. On the other hand, interview session with the hiring manager is positive. We talked on my past responsibilities in Infineon, how's the current work model, long term growth for the new job role, etc.

Total three times interview and four round table on the final. Straightforward. Asking about behavior, technical, and questions relating to creative thinking. Gave the chance to approach the gain, and asked opinion about the answer
