First Interview (F2F):
I met the Hiring Manager who explained the role and its responsibilities. He emphasized the company's preference for long-term employees (over 3 years) and a passionate work ethic. The interview was relaxed and pleasant. He is an open, chill and cool guy.
Second Interview (F2F):
I was tasked with analysing a given dataset and scenario. Quite difficult. While I was surprised by the practical nature of the assessment, as I had anticipated more theoretical questions based on scenario, it was a valuable learning experience. I realize the importance of being well-prepared for such technical challenges in future interviews. The interviewers is the hiring manager colleague. She is kind, soft and chill person.
Third Interview (Online)
With HR, typically asked about HR-related questions, expected salary and brief about company's policy & benefits.
