Infinite Computer Solutions Senior Software Engineer interview questions

I had quite horrible experience with this company. After one round of technical interview i have been asked for a f2f interview at their whitefield office. After 10 days again i have been called for a 2nd round f2f interview. Anyway after all these interviews i had my HR round. At the beginning only i had salary discussion with a junior HR, And same i had asked in the HR round. And HR asked me they will confirm after 2-3 days. After that things started getting worse. the junior HR communicated that they cant give more than 30%. I even agreed with that. Then they asked me to submit a original document which will be returned once i will join the company so that i cant join any other company. This is such a horrible demand. i clearly told them i cant submit my original document. What I felt they dint want to roll out offer letter thats why they came up with such illogical demand. Dont waste your time if are a permanent employee. This is only for the Contract based employee.

It is a simple process but once you ready to join make sure you have relieving letter from previous employer. It took 2 days telephonic and face to face interview and finally hr discussion. Joining process is little tedious which will be take 2 days if you are not having the relieving letter.
