Interview
The first interview was a phone interview. The VP asked about the type of knowledge that I had gained in school and the focus of my studies. I had an on-site interview a couple weeks after and it seamed the focus of the interview wasn't about my specific skill set but rather how well I overcame problems and adapted to new requirements.
