Info Way Solutions Change Management Lead interview questions

Contacted by a sorcerer on LinkedIn. I sent my resume, and a screening interview was set up that day. The position was not with Info Way, but rather, they were providing candidates to the company The interviewer never turned on his camera but insisted I turn on mine. His English was terrible, and I could barely understand him. It was apparent he had no idea what a change manager does and was reading from a script. Half the questions didn't make any sense. He ended the conversation without giving me a chance to ask questions
