Interview
It was a video interview. They had pre-recorded questions and you recorded your answers and sent them back. It was very simple and efficient. It only lasted about 10 minutes or so and that was with me taking my time and preparing before each video.

Interview
I applied online and got and email immediately after submitting my application, basically telling me to call to set up a interview. So the next day I called to schedule my interview and the lady over the phone asked me a few questions, i guess this was a mini interview. As our call was coming to an end, she told me that i would have to do a interview with someone else and to have something on hand to read. So we scheduled me a phone interview which was the next day. The interview came, I was really nervous but glass door really helped me out because I saw a lot of reviews, so i kind of knew what to expect. The call was suppose to be at 2:00pm,she was 2 minutes late lol. The interviewer was really nice and she laughed a little which made me comfortable. She went through everything related to the company and job. She made sure i understood everything and kept asking if i had any questions or if i got everything lol. The interview lasted about 10 minutes and it was fairly EASY!!
