I applied through an employee referral. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at InfoTrack (Sydney) in Aug 2018
Interview
I was interviewed for 2 rounds on the same day, 30min in each.
The first half hour was with two interviewers ( one team leader and one senior developer ) mainly to get to know yourself as a person, which including self-introduction, habits, working styles, etc. and general behaviours.
The second round was followed right after but with another two interviewers. The topic switched to the technical part, which you were asked to draw one of your previous experienced projects in front of them on a whiteboard, and Q&A regarding the project.
As I was interviewed for a junior position, the questions were not too hard but some still challenging for people like my level.
It was a good experience, even though I didn't pass as my experience was not quite fit for their requirements. All interviewers are nice and friendly to talk with.

Question 1
First part is more to see if you fit their culture and a person they will be happy to work with, nothing specially hard. It was a very smooth and chilled chat.
The second part is to check if your previous experience and skill set fits their needs and solid enough to go straight to work.
Overall, a very streamlined process - But they got very knit picky over then end. Their HR person completely misunderstood one of my answers and was declined based on that. Disappointed, but seems like a dodged bullet.

Technical interview's questions based on the tech test and decent questions.
I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at InfoTrack (New York, NY) in May 2024
Interview
- 30 minute call with external recruiter
- 30 min intro interview zoom with technical manager
- 1 hr technical React interview over zoom
- 1 hr in person behavioral interview
- async take home assignment (React+C#)
I received an mid salary range offer from InfoTrack and they said they did not have a specific timeline they wanted me to accept or reject it -- I said I would respond within one week and they agreed to that timeline. The next morning the recruiter called and said they wanted an answer by EOD. This clearly felt like a pressure push to get me to accept their sub-par offer. Thankfully I was in a position to accept a better offer at another company -- this ending felt very scummy after putting in what was probably 15 hours of effort of interviewing over an entire month.
