Interview via Goto Meet with a hiring manager based in Sarajevo. If successful then you are sent an assignment where you have to outline your go to market strategy for Infobip products in your territory and which 5 customers to approach - what are the job titles of the people you'd talk to? How would you deal with each layer of the organisation? From start to close what would be your sales process? If success then there is a second interview with with the line managers you will report to. If successful and you are hired, then candidates are sent to Croatia for 2 weeks training.
