Recruiter reached out for a phone interview. About 5 minutes before the interview I received an email saying they had to reschedule. They then missed the rescheduled interview, which forced us to reschedule again. Shortly after the interview I received an email saying they didn't have the correct budget for this role. I then reached out to the recruiter over the next two weeks and was ghosted by the recruiter. Finally I received a boilerplate email letting me know I was not selected.
