Scheduled interview, then rescheduled the day after. On the interview day, i got email a minute before phone call that they needed to reschedule again. This kind of behavior says enough about company culture.
I applied online. The process took 3 months. I interviewed at Infobip (London, England) in Sep 2021
Interview
I interviewed with 4 individuals groups over a 4 week period. Interviewers arrived late and were unstructured, though overall friendly. They described a very odd organisational approach for marketing. After the 4th interview they stopped communication for 6 weeks and would not reply to emails. They could provide no useful feedback on why another candidate was selected beyond a generic "better fit to requirements".

Question 1
Overall seems a very broken organisation with unprofessional recruitment processes. Might not be worth investing the time in interviewing.
Phone screen with recruiter. Second round interview with hiring manager and another marketing team member. A surprise third guest was on the video interview which was disrespectful to not know in advance.
