After the first interview, recruiter was expecting my salary expectation. I sent an email and ask for confirmation if she received or not. After that email, I tried to reach out to recruiter couple of times in different medias like email, linkedin, unfortunately she did not responded. Finally I reached out to Country GM over linkedin and asked my application status since this role will work closely with her. Her attitude was very friendly and kind, and she said you are no more a candidate for us . Probably my salary expectation was higher than their budget which is understandable but this should not be the way to threat your potential future employees, customers or any human being. I strongly not recommend any person to work with/for Infobip, because the company does not have any (well) structured communication and processes as far as i see.
