A couple rounds of informal interviews followed up by a task, and another interview. My experience was very relaxed, but it always depends on who your hiring manager is. The task is also set up by managers, so the difficulty and amount of work required varies. E.g. for product marketeers, tasks can be anything from creating a competitive analysis, to writing a full-on GTM plan and proposal for addressing certain markets.

A very general phone interview after which followed interview at their premises. There were two managers and an HR person. One of the managers was visibly not interested in the conversation; in providing feedback very unprofessional and disrespectful, made me wait for two weeks before a rejection note
