I went through six 45-minute interviews, spoke with two different recruiters, and was eventually told I wasn’t selected because other candidates had experience more closely matching the job description. I’m left questioning whether they even seriously considered me in the first place. If that was truly the case, they should have identified it much earlier in the process instead of wasting time on both ends. For those looking for a quick hiring process—whether employed or not—this is a company I would be cautious about.
