I applied through college or university. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Infogain in Sep 2017
Interview
The interview process started with a aptitude test which included 30 Aptitude (Logical+Quant), 20 Technical and 10 Verbal questions which were pretty easy to solve.
Then there were two rounds (HR+Technical Interview), the HR round included questions like Tell Me about yourself, yoir family, hobbies and an extempore for 3min+ on any random topic. Then finally there was a technical round. In technical rounds there was a code (increment-decrement operator) whose output had to be calculated. Then there were several basic conceptual questions such as OOPS concepts, on delegates, static constructors, memory leaks, RAM, ROM, static, final and several basic JAVA/DBMS/DSA questions.
Finally I was asked if I was OK with reallocation and bond agreement.
Infogain's interview process typically includes an optional online assessment, one to two technical rounds covering Java, Spring Boot, and microservices, followed by a managerial round focused on experience and communication, and finally an HR round discussing salary and joining timeline. The full process usually wraps up within a week.
