very loose process of interview, interview candidate is selected on the person who has referred him, If Managers are referring the chances of selection is more, managers refers the candidate and take the referral amount

Tell me about yourself and why are leaving you old company
There was a panel of three people who took turns asking job-specific questions. The first question was about past experience. Other questions were related to application with job-specific skills in challenging situations.
Good experience as per the interview process and process time was less communicated well and explained clearly about all rounds and process interviews will be done and Aldo interviews pannel was very good with good knowledge
